WELCOME TO SCHOOL'S OUT CAMP AT THE Y
We offer camps for most days that Barrow County Schools are out. Registration is available online only for all participants. You may come to the Y for registration assistance
Registration/Payment:
- Policies in our Pryme Tyme Parent Handbook apply to all School's Out Camp dates.
- A non-refundable $10 deposit for each instance is due at the time of registration.
- You will drafted the remainder of your balance on the due dates found in our Parent Handbook.
- If you withdraw prior to each instances' draft date, you will not be charged any additional fees.
- If you withdraw after the draft has ran, you will not be refunded or credited.
CAPS Participants
- You must provide certificates with Brad Akins YMCA as the provider
- If no certificates are provided or on file with us, you are responsible for the fees stated below
Rates:
- Daily Rate: Member $35 Non-member $55
- Weekly Rate: Members $145 Non-member $170
- Weekly Rate will be the only rate offered for Fall and Spring Break
Hours of Operation:
Schools Out Camps operate between the hours of 7:00am - 6:30pm.

Please note: Digital Learning Days at Home will be ran as a School's Out Camp Day.
Items parents provide:
- Swim suit, towel, and flip-flops to wear to/from the pool.
- A refillable water bottle.
Through our Food Program we will provide a lunch, and an afternoon snack. Should you want to provide a lunch for your child, please do not send any items that contain peanuts.
